When will my letters be mailed?

Santa starts mailing letters on or about December 1. Letters are printed and mailed within 24-48 hours beginning December 1. Please allow 7-10 days for your letters to arrive. CDs are mailed separately and are not mailed from the North Pole.

Do you mail letters outside of the USA?

Yes, we mail letters to anywhere in the world. Santa makes phone calls to USA and Canada.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Will my child's letter be delivered before Christmas Day?

We make every effort to make sure your letter arrives before Christmas. Letters are mailed First Class via the U.S. Postal Service. If you order your letter for someone in the United States by the cutoff date, you will receive it in time for Christmas.

Will my child's letter have a North Pole Postmark?

Yes, if the letter is ordered by the cutoff date.

Why is your cutoff date so early?

Santa wants to make sure you get your letter before Christmas.

Can you send one letter to more than one child at the same address?

Each letter is highly personalized for each child. Therefore we highly encourage that each child gets their own special letter from Santa.

How long do the Santa phone calls last? Are the phone calls live or prerecorded?

Santa is a real live person who loves to share the magic of Christmas with children. He will talk to your child for about 3 minutes, more or less depending on the age of your child and how much your child interacts with Santa.

When will Santa begin making phone calls?

Santa will start making phone calls soon after Thanksgiving Day between 5-10pm Central Time. You will be able to select which date and time you wish Santa to call. We ask that you make sure your child is available to talk with Santa at the time you have chosen. But don't tell them Santa will call. It's a surprise. Shhhhh.....
